Doosan recognizes that water is a precious and limited resource and we are leading the way in meeting a global water demand. Our ability to meet customer demand is demonstrated in a range of services with excellent results. Our customers are delivering water to homes and businesses; they are using less than desirable brackish or wastewater resources and creating high quality water for consumption, processing and cooling. Doosan is a single source for design, manufacturing and construction for water and wastewater treatment facilities. As a prime contractor, Doosan clients have one central point of responsibility for all areas of the project. Doosan takes on the liability for the project schedule, performance of subcontractors, equipment manufacturing and functioning, site installation, component testing and start-up of the plant. Doosan can also provide solely process engineering services and procurement and supply of treatment equipment for our clients. This option allows our clients to self perform the installation of their plants.
Plant Expansion and Retrofit
As technologies and equipment evolve and improve, aging equipment and processes are left behind. Our experience helps us identify the best solution for replacement or upgrade of systems based on the specific project needs and required water quality. Doosan Hydro Technology has years of experience and a talented team to find solutions to complex challenges.
Membrane Based Technologies
Doosan Hydro Technology is an expert in all treatment processes involving membranes – Micro and Ultrafiltration (MF & UF), Nanofiltration (NF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO). We have designed, manufactured, installed and operated countless systems using membranes as primary treatment of brackish and seawater to produce drinking water, post treatment for processed wastewater and pre-treatment for high purity industrial systems.
We understand that high quality water is a top priority for our customers. Large quantities or small, from drinking water to other uses, we can produce the quantity and quality of water when and where it is needed.
Water Reclamation & Wastewater Treatment
As fresh water sources become increasingly scarce, it has become more important to recover, reuse and recycle wastewater. Doosan Hydro Technology provides packaged wastewater systems that process primary wastewater on-site and in a compact area. Secondary and tertiary treated wastewater and industrial recycled streams can be treated with membranes to produce near drinking water quality water free of bacteria and suspended solids. Doosan Hydro Technology can design a custom system to treat nearly any type of raw water or feedwater to produce ideal finished water quality.
High Purity Systems
Doosan Hydro Technology is a leader in designing and constructing water systems that produce extremely pure water to be used in a wide range of industries. A Doosan system provides a consistent and dependable product water flow utilizing post-treatment by ion exchange or electrodeionization technologies.
Containerized and Skid Mounted Packaged Systems
When our clients want to minimize the need for costly and timely civil and site installation work, Doosan Hydro Technology provides packaged systems that are pre-assembled and shop tested. Our systems can be skid or container mounted and installed easily onto site foundations. Doosan Hydro Technology containerized systems are compact, economical to transport, mobile and self-contained. Doosan Hydro Technology containerized systems eliminate the need for treatment plants to be housed in expensive buildings while keeping equipment safely enclosed and unexposed to the elements. Doosan Hydro Technology provides the services of our field service engineers to commission the plants and connect to existing site utilities.
