Bottled Water Production
Doosan recently completed a turnkey contract to design, supply and construct a custom water treatment system which produces 864,000 gpd of extremely pure, high quality water for bottling. This system was manufactured under the strictest of quality control standards. The materials of construction and system layout follow a “clean design”, using all stainless steal, sloped cabinets and minimizing flat surfaces.
The scope of supply of Doosan Hydro Technology included the design, manufacturing and installation of the full treatment system as well as modifications and improvements to the client’s existing purification plant. The process included the treatment of city water by a 200 micron screen filter, hollow fiber ultrafiltration, first and second pass reverse osmosis systems, carbon towers and a CO2 vaporizer. The final product has a TDS less than 10 mg/L and is completely free of color, taste and odor.
