Doosan Hydro Technology is awarded the 80,000 GPD RO Water Treatment Facility Project
Tampa, FL, June 3, 2009 – Perini Management Services, Inc. awarded Doosan Hydro Technology the Contract to design and supply a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment Facility for the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.
Doosan Hydro Technology will design, manufacture and supply a complete Ultrafiltration Pre-Treatment System, Granular Activated Carbon Dechlorination, brackish water RO (BWRO) System and Post Treatment Demineralization System to provide a water treatment facility which produces 80,000 gallons per day of potable drinking water. This system will be provided with 100% redundancy.
The water treatment facility will be a containerized system that is fully assembled and tested including all required piping, wiring, air conditioning, ventilation, etc. for a complete and operational system. Doosan Hydro Technology will also provide a certified technical representative for the on-site start-up and commissioning of the water treatment facility in Iraq.
Award of the Perini RO Water Treatment Facility Project, upholds Doosan Hydro Technology’s global reputation for providing design, manufacturing and supply of custom engineered water and waste water treatment plants. The project is scheduled for shipment by August, 2009.
