Membrane Treatment Technologies
Doosan Hydro Technology is a single source for design, manufacturing and supply of membrane based water and wastewater treatment systems. As a membrane system supplier, we perform basic engineering to develop the overall process design; detailed design of the components, systems, interconnections and controls; procurement of components and systems; manufacture of the systems; inspection and acceptance testing. Based on each client's specific needs, the service can be provided for a single reverse osmosis (RO) train or a complete integrated plant including pretreatment, post treatment and other required support systems such as clean in place, flushing and backwash systems, chemical dosing systems.
Additional services can include operation and maintenance of the equipment, supervising the installation of the equipment, providing start-up, commissioning and training for system operation.
System Expansion Retrofit
As global demand for water grows and technology evolves to keep up with new requirements, new and improve components and energy efficiency devices are created. Also, new treatments are discovered along the way. Doosan Hydro Technologies has the capabilities to provide a complete system review and recommend value engineering that can result in improved water quality, a more efficient design and overall operation savings.
Water Reclamation and Wastewater Treatment
As fresh water sources become increasingly scarce, it has become more important to recover, reuse and recycle wastewater. We provide packaged wastewater systems that process primary wastewater on-site and in a compact area. Secondary and tertiary treated wastewater and industrial recycled streams can be treated with membranes to produce near drinking water quality water free of bacteria and suspended solids. We can design a custom system to treat nearly any type of raw water or feedwater to produce ideal finished water quality.
High Purity Systems
Doosan Hydro Technology is a leader in design and manufacturing of water systems that produce extremely pure water used in a wide range of industries. We combine our systems with polishing technologies such as Electrodeionization (EDI) and Ion Exchange (DI) to provide a complete a package design that delivers the required water quality and demand with unmatched dependability. Containerized & Pre-Engineered Systems
When our clients want to minimize the need for costly and timely civil and site installation work, Doosan Hydro Technology provides pre-engineered systems that are pre-assembled and shop tested. Our systems can be skid mounted or containerized and installed easily onto site foundations. The containerized systems are compact, economical to transport and can be installed in a short period of time. Containerized systems eliminate the need for treatment systems to be housed in expensive buildings while keeping equipment safely enclosed and protected from the elements. Our pre-engineered systems can significantly reduce equipment time of delivery.
