Our research and development division is hard at work solving challenges that our customers face today and identifying solutions for the challenges of tomorrow. From pilot studies and biofouling reduction research to membrane performance testing and system issues, we're finding ways to ensure that Doosan Hydro Technology consistently produces the water our clients receive, in the quantity they want and the quality they demand.

Doosan operates three R&D Centers around the world located in the USA, Korea and the United Arab Emirates, employing over 200 researchers and scientists dedicated to improving our thermal and membrane process products for our clients.
Through the operation of pilot systems and bench scale tests, Doosan has begun to develop and improve upon various desalination and water treatment technologies as well as evaluate new products that enter the market. Our plans include development and installation of next-generation desalination plants that feature improved economic efficiency and prolonged membrane life. Our excellence in large-scale desalination and next-generation technology, will allow Doosan to continue in leading and promoting desalination and membrane technologies around the world.
