Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)
Plant Design
Doosan Hydro Technology incorporates biological, physical and/or chemical treatment processes as a pre-treatment to a membrane and thermal processes to achieve ZLD. The membrane processes includes microfiltration, ultrafiltration or reverse osmosis. The thermal processes include evaporator, crystallizer and/or dryers.
Treatment Objectives
The Doosan Hydro Technology ZLD system will be designed to meet our client’s exact specifications and discharge requirements. Our system will maximize the water recovered in order to minimize the disposal of liquid waste.
Plant Capacities
Doosan Hydro Technology can design and build self contained skid mounted systems that incorporate the pre-treatment and ZLD processes creating a modular system. A wide range of capacities are available and all systems are custom designed.
